DR C - Dynamic range C ontrol

- S elect DR C to adjust the dynamic

range of a Dolby Digital encoded

program. T here are 8 steps between off

and full compress ion.

• NOR MA L /L B (F or 4:3 Viewing)

P layed back in letterbox style. (If connected to a

wide-s creen video s ource,black bands appear at

top and bottom of the screen.)

• W IDE (F or 16:9 Viewing)

S elect when a wide-screen video s ource is connected.

P IC MODE

If you s elect AUTO, the sys tem P IC mode will depend

on the DVD disc.

- S elect HI-R E S format for best image res olution.

- S elect N-F LIC K E R format if flickering noise appears.

ANG L E MAR K

- S elect ON, if you want to display the angle icon when

a multiangle.

OS D L ANG

- S elect the desired language for the On- S creen Display.

C A P T IONS

- Activate the C AP T IONS feature by s electing ON.
